I have worked under a digital marketing retainer for Elite Buyer Agents and Elite Property Rentals since July 2018 - Managing all leads, tarffic, advertsing performance, CRO Conversion Rate Optimsiation and website CMS management under a month retainer.

- Built and implemented the digital strategy and digital marketing plan for Elite Buyer Agents.
- Managed all traffic and channels to improve and optimise paid acquisition channels actively at an advanced level (hands-on) PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), SMM (Facebook & Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn ads), App Marketing, technical SEO, Aggregators, Affiliates and Native Advertising.
- Prioritised and created digital marketing activities across acquisition and retention campaigns and promotions ads.
- Ensured that campaign and promotional opportunities were maximised through marketing automation.
- Deployed Google Tag Manager and drove performance through analysis of Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Optimize and other tools complex analysis tools like App Annie, HotJar, and Mouseflow reporting on various metrics within Google data Studio like: traffic, sessions, conversions, CPA, PPA, PPL, CPC for different organic, paid and social performance using Hoostsuite.
- Measured & implemented A/B testing for advert copy & creative optimisation and reported results.
- Installed conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google analytics, Call Tracking, Pixel tracking and created custom audiences.
- Reported performance building Google Data Studio Dashboards using Google Analytics data.
- Built and managed current website, CMS, plugins and server maintenance and patching.
- Managed relationships with external third party vendors.
