Easy Wedding is Australia's Number 1 Wedding Planning Destination - Planning Tools, 4500 Wedding Professionals, Largest Bridal Community, Australian Made & Owned! I was engaged under a digital consultancy agreement to combine my business and digital marketing know-how, with operational expertise to create outstanding experiences for Easy Weddings customers and business clients. To successfully achieve this, my key responsibilities were:
- Used CRO methodologies to test Easy Wedding marketing channels to quickly create high-converting, personalised customer experiences on the Easy Weddings website to improve lead funnel.
-Was strategic counsel for Easy Weddings in creating the architecture and adopting new martech in automating the creation and execution of web, mobile, social, email and offline campaigns for their customers.
- Was tasked with searching for signals of intent in analytics and raw data that was bringing unknown value to business in Australian and UK to deliver better customer experiences by providing real time insight into the performance of marketing initiatives and new behaviours on-site.
- Used my deep digital skills, experience and client track record to work with Easy Weddings clients across different wedding, hospitality, hotels and wedding organiser industries and digital channels, to drive value realisation and business impact to the founder and Managing director.
- Was also tasked to manage the UK Google Ad’s advertising account and improve performance to later apply learnings to Google Ads Australia account.
